You will lead Asia-Pacific RFP processes with a specific focus on the Malaysian market.

12+ years of professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asia-Pacific RFP responses and act as the primary lead for Malaysia-based requirements.
• Perform hands-on Business Analyst functions within the Asia-Pacific RFP lifecycle.
• Manage BTG PMO tasks including operational excellence, metrics, RCA, and demand/capacity planning.
• Draft detailed RFP responses and manage the end-to-end response cycle.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and prospect teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in managing and executing RFPs.
• Experience in BTG PMO operations.
• Strong RFP drafting and documentation skills.
• Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience in demand and capacity management.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence through metrics.
