Description

You will design user experiences for enterprise-scale and consumer projects by collaborating with research, product, and engineering teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and established design systems.
• Deliver design assets to engineering with clear guidance and conduct regular UX review checkpoints to ensure implementation quality.
• Validate design decisions through research, testing, and adherence to ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and address root causes for user outcomes.
• Support new team members and participate in the wider UX community of practice.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of industry UX Design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale or consumer design projects.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to ensure designs comply with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
