Description

You will own application support, incident resolution, and environment management for .Net systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with offshore teams to resolve issues and manage environment setup.
• Manage incident logging and escalation following ITIL frameworks.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions for application issues.
• Perform routine health checks on applications to maintain system reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .Net.
• Proficiency with Asp.net.
• Experience applying ITIL Frameworks for incident management.
• Ability to respond to and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests.
• Experience troubleshooting application and system issues.
• Familiarity with user support via phone, email, or chat.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and testers on complex issues.
