Description

You will support client service delivery teams in executing large-scale transformations involving organizational, process, and technology changes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change management programs including stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, and readiness activities.
• Develop human-centered activities such as persona and journey development to drive stakeholder experiences.
• Create learning solutions and documentation using various methodologies and frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders and project teams to meet objectives and communicate complex recommendations to C-level audiences.
• Execute change management strategies and work plans to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resource Consulting.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices.
• Experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project for data analysis and work plan development.
• Ability to use design tools to articulate complex issues and execute change activities.
• Strong communication skills for managing relationships with senior management and staff.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
