Description

You will support client service delivery teams in executing large-scale transformations involving organizational, process, and technology changes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change management programs, including stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, and readiness activities.
• Create learning solutions and documentation using established methodologies and frameworks.
• Develop human-centered activities like personas and journey maps to drive stakeholder experiences.
• Partner with business leaders and project teams to execute change strategies and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Communicate complex recommendations to C-level audiences and manage relationships with senior management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or HR Consulting.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices.
• Experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project for data analysis and work plan development.
• Ability to use design tools to articulate complex issues and execute change activities.
• Strong communication skills for managing relationships with senior management and staff.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
