Description

You will design and develop Pega BPM applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models within the Pega PRPC environment.
• Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services into the BPM ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct system performance tests and maintain application security.
• Collaborate with business managers and project teams to align business architecture with customer needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Pega developer.
• Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 5.x, 6.x, or 7.x.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JSP, and EJB.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML5, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Angular JS and JQuery.
• Experience working within Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex software issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
