Description

You will support and manage platform systems administration within an ITSM framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage Remedy integrations and ARS development tasks.
• Maintain system integrity across SRM, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
• Execute database operations using SQL, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Support change management processes and DevOps workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in platform systems administration.
• Proficiency in BMC Remedy and ARS Development.
• Hands-on experience with Remedy Integration and SRM.
• Working knowledge of ITSM and CMDB.
• Experience with Remedy Architect roles.
• Strong SQL skills for database management.
• Experience with Oracle or Postgres databases.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• Understanding of ITIL v3 frameworks.
