Description

You will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, owning the end-to-end data reporting lifecycle from raw data to published dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize complex data models, DAX measures, and M queries in Power Query to ensure accurate and performant reporting.
• Configure and manage Power BI Gateways to facilitate secure, scheduled data refreshes from on-premises sources.
• Deploy reports and dashboards to Power BI Service, managing workspace permissions, access control, and deployment pipelines.
• Execute advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data for analysis and visualization.
• Document data logic and reporting requirements while coordinating with client teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Power BI ecosystem, including Desktop, Service, Mobile, and Gateway.
• Advanced expertise in writing complex DAX calculations and M Query transformations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Deep understanding of database fundamentals, data modeling concepts, and star/snowflake schemas.
• Experience in Power BI administration, including license management, scheduling, and deployment management.
• Ability to interact effectively with client teams and document technical specifications clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
