Description

You will support project lifecycles by planning, scheduling, and tracking activities to ensure deliverables meet timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress and identify potential risks to escalate issues to senior managers.
• Maintain all project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation planning under senior guidance.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback to identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• CAPM certification or willingness to obtain it.
