Responsibilities

• Interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.

• Exercise discretion when handling highly confidential and sensitive information.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using JIRA.
• Understanding of Agile testing practices and frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and maintain organized documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of financial services industry products, processes, and Global Banking & Markets.
• Experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or client service functions.
• Hands-on Agile program leadership across distributed or co-located teams.
