Description

You will manage IT projects across banking, healthcare insurance, and airline domains.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate IT projects through business modeling, feasibility studies, impact analysis, and gap analysis.
• Develop and update project plans covering objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, technical specifications, and test documentation.
• Coordinate with development teams during the SDLC, assign tasks, and monitor milestones.
• Manage QA tasks, oversee defect fixing, and obtain user signoff on deliverables.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in project management or related IT roles.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Rally, and Visio for project tracking.
• Experience managing requirements through the SDLC.
• Proficiency with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Hands-on familiarity with Toad and Selenium.
• Technical understanding of TFS, C/C++, HTML, and XML.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Soap UI, Ant, Maven, and JUnit.
• Familiarity with UML, AJAX, JSP, and SVN.
