Description

You coordinate website audits and manage project documentation across multiple teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Audit websites to determine if marketing materials require renewal, revision, or retirement.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify, document, and escalate project risks to appropriate decision-making groups.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure organizational alignment.
• Execute concurrent tasks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry providing project and data management support.
• Proficiency with Jira and Airtable.
• Experience managing and analyzing data reports.
• Strong analytical skills to break information into patterns and make rational judgments.
• Ability to work independently and manage ad hoc assignments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• One year of experience in Financial Services.
• Experience with AEM related project work and website auditing.
• Working knowledge of Workfront.
