Description

You will perform quality assurance testing across applications and GIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and manage Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) documentation.
• Execute performance, regression, and system testing cycles.
• Manage and triage defects found during testing.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in QA/testing roles.
• Proficiency in Software Testing and Quality Assurance practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for defect and tracking management.
• Competency using GitHub for source control.
• Experience with Automated Testing and Integration Testing.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and SDLC processes.
• Ability to perform custom application and GIS testing.
