Description

You will configure and support SAP HCM processes across implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end SAP HCM implementations.
• Configure HCM submodules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management, and ESS/MSS.
• Integrate HCM with FICO, MM, and other SAP modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, conduct SIT/UAT, and support migration & cutover.
• Provide post-go-live support for HR processes and troubleshoot issues.
