Description

You will configure and support SAP HCM processes across implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end SAP HCM implementations for S/4HANA and ECC.
• Configure HCM submodules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management, and ESS/MSS.
• Integrate HCM with FICO, MM, and other SAP modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, conduct SIT/UAT, and support migration and cutover.
• Provide post-go-live support for HR processes and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with SAP HCM S/4HANA and ECC implementations.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Proficiency in Payroll and Time Management modules.
• Experience configuring ESS/MSS.
• Knowledge of integration with FICO and MM modules.
• Ability to handle data migration activities.
• Experience conducting SIT and UAT.
