Description

You will build and maintain test automation scripts for API and UI validation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain test automation scripts using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Develop automated API tests for REST and SOAP validation.
• Write SQL queries to extract data for testing efforts.
• Collaborate with the scrum team to understand requirements and system impacts.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API testing.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to design and execute manual and exploratory tests.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated API test frameworks.
• Basic understanding of software QA methodologies.
