Description

You will design and develop scalable test frameworks, automate end-to-end UI and API test suites, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to drive quality across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Develop reusable automation components including Page Object Models, fixtures, and utilities.
• Automate UI and API test coverage, expanding regression suites.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable test execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with developers, product, and QA teams to define test strategy and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• Strong automation experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
• 3 years of professional experience in software testing or SDET roles.
• Solid understanding of testing concepts: functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
• Experience with version control (Git) and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable automation code and perform code reviews.
• Track defects with clear reproduction steps, logs, and triage.

Preferred Skills

• API testing experience using Playwright API, REST, Postman, or Pact.
• Experience with test reporting tools like Allure, Playwright HTML reporter, or JUnit.
• Exposure to performance or basic load testing (k6, JMeter).
