Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, primarily within the ITSM module.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and customizations.
• Implement enhancements and integrations using established best practices.
• Troubleshoot and test configurations to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior developers on solution delivery.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, FSM, or Digital Portfolio.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
