You will implement and configure solutions leveraging the Adobe Experience Platform suite.
Responsibilities
Assist in building and configuring solutions within Adobe Experience Platform, covering XDM schema setup, Data Ingestion, Segment creation, and Destination activation.
Orchestrate customer journeys in Journey Optimizer, setting up push notifications, in-app modals, and email communications.
Implement personalized experiences using Adobe Target, Push, and SMS, driven by AEP audiences and profile attributes.
Collaborate with AEM teams to enable content-driven experiences and data capture.
Contribute to integration efforts with third-party platforms, including mobile apps, CRM, and APIs.
Required Skills
6+ years of implementation experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, specifically Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer.
Expertise in deploying, configuring, and optimizing major AEP services and AJO features.
Ability to understand complex data models (XDM preferred) and marketing campaign objectives.
Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logic for journey customization based on customer attributes and behaviors.
Experience with Adobe Target, Analytics, CJA, Data Stream, and AEM.
Knowledge of external system/API integrations.
Strong coordination and communication skills across marketing, data, and development teams.
