Description

Design structural systems for Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) and execute precise calculations to support final fabrication drawings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design calculations to ensure accuracy against generated designs.
• Review final fabrication drawings to verify compliance with design specifications.
• Develop and update Design Guides, Layout Guidelines, and Engineering Policies.
• Collaborate with contractors to review designs and provide technical feedback.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical queries.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in heat recovery systems.
• Strong understanding of steel design principles.
• Ability to execute precise, detailed structural calculations.
• Proven ability to build working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Solid judgment in applying core structural and mechanical concepts.
• Four-year college education in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of boiler equipment or HRSG limitations.
