Description

You will maintain and support software applications within a Pharmacy Benefit Management context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Synon, DB2/400, and CLP to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications to ensure smooth operation.
• Implement IT Service Management best practices to enhance software efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software support or development.
• Proficiency with Synon.
• Experience with DB2/400 and CLP.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
• Background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain requirements.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
