Responsibilities
· Assist in coordinating IT projects from initiation through completion, including:
o Infrastructure projects
o Application enhancements
o System upgrades
o Audit remediation initiatives
· Support development of project plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
· Gather and document business and technical requirements.
· Track project status, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
· Prepare status reports and project documentation.
· Coordinate communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
· Facilitate project meetings and maintain meeting notes/action items.
· Assist with resource planning and scheduling.
· Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project governance standards.
· Support process improvements and adoption of project management best practices.
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 1+ year of project coordination, project support, internship, or project-related experience.
· 2+ years of IT, technology, operations, or related experience.
· Experience creating project documentation, status reporting, and tracking deliverables.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Experience working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
· CAPM, Agile Fundamentals, Scrum, or other project management coursework/certifications.
· Experience within a Credit Union, Bank, or Financial Services organization.
· Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
· Familiarity with PM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
