Description

You will coordinate IT projects from initiation through completion, managing infrastructure, application enhancements, and system upgrades.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables for technical initiatives.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Track project status, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ year of project coordination, support, or internship experience.
• 2+ years of IT, technology, or operations experience.
• Experience creating project documentation, status reporting, and tracking deliverables.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• CAPM, Agile Fundamentals, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
• Experience within a Credit Union, Bank, or Financial Services organization.
• Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
