You will execute end-to-end user research studies to inform product development and design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute research studies including participant recruitment, moderation, data collection, and analysis.
• Manage all research stages from initial scoping and planning to final reporting.
• Incorporate technical and business requirements into research designs and findings.
• Provide user-focused perspectives during product discussions, design reviews, and strategic planning.
• Adapt research methods to meet changing context and partner needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product research.
• Proficiency in research design using usability testing for physical and digital prototypes.
• Experience with human factors and survey methodology.
• Proven ability in participant recruitment and moderation.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Clear communication and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
• High level of organization and ability to manage research workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting research on both hardware and software.
• Background or expertise in Human Factors & Ergonomics.
