Description

You will act as the link between business objectives and IT capacity through analysis, development, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and report business requirements and configurations.
• Design, maintain, and document system processes and process documentation.
• Perform quality assurance practices to ensure production quality.
• Communicate key insights and technical findings to the product development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize company integration and document customer feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems/Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Ability to present data using visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in quality assurance testing and eliciting requirements.
• Strong capability in development, testing, and supporting software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
