Description

Administer and support Jscape MFT environments to ensure operational stability and resolve technical issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jscape MFT systems to maintain operational stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical MFT issues as they arise.
• Support file transfer protocols and connectivity requirements.
• Use scripting to automate support tasks and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MFT administration or support.
• Direct experience with Jscape MFT software.
• Proficiency with FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP, and HTTPS protocols.
• Experience with scripting languages including Perl, Python, or Bash.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
