You will train staff on Copilot 365 and generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and structured lesson plans for generative AI adoption.
• Collaborate with internal champions and representatives to drive tool usage across groups.
• Adjust training approaches based on direct learner feedback and changing requirements.
• Break down complex AI concepts into digestible components for diverse users.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Copilot 365.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) principles and applications.
• Proven experience as a Trainer or educator.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Analytical thinking to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt training methods to meet varying learner needs.
• Any Graduate degree.
