Description

You will support operations with data entry, claim reviews, and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute claim-related data entry for mailed letters and forms.
• Review active cases to ensure timely handling of mail and web correspondence.
• Prepare weekly status reports and case summaries based on client requirements.
• Perform data analysis and quality assurance on reporting outputs.
• Communicate project updates and requirements to team members to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and information processing abilities.
• Capacity to work with minimal supervision.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the legal field or service industry.
