Description

You will provide application support and manage L2/L3 development activities to ensure all support SLAs are met.

Responsibilities

• Resolve work orders, incidents, and production issues through effective debugging and coding.
• Identify and fix bugs to reduce ticket counts and improve service quality.
• Manage deployment activities across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
• Handle server migrations and database archiving tasks.
• Support application stability within the ITIL framework.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Java production support and L3 development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring MVC architecture.
• Strong knowledge of LINUX.
• Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle SQL.
• Hands-on experience with deployment and application support.
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Experience supporting PROD and UAT environments.
• Ability to debug and resolve complex application issues.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience specifically as a support engineer.
