Description

You will provide first and second-line application support for internal and external users within the Grants and Procurement domains.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and manage user incidents and requests via email, phone, or in-person.
• Investigate technical problems and determine the necessary corrective actions.
• Communicate regular status updates to end-users regarding their request progress.
• Collaborate with the development team during technical meetings.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and internal FAQs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in user support.
• Proven ability in application support and technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve user issues.
• C1 level proficiency in French.
• C1 level proficiency in English.
• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience.
