Description

You will provide first-level technical support for AWS services, monitoring cloud environments, resolving incidents, and maintaining system health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for AWS services via email, chat, or phone.
• Monitor cloud environments for alerts and respond promptly to incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems within AWS infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation of support cases and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Support operational tasks including system updates, backups, and health checks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or cloud operations.
• Basic knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS) and cloud architecture.
• Fundamental understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Familiarity with Python or Shell scripting for task automation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to analyze problems and devise solutions under pressure.
• Experience working closely within a technical team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in a technical or related field.
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting workflows.
