Description

You will monitor and maintain the health of Azure Integration Services, ensuring platform availability and performance. You will respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and update operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Azure Integration Services components including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management, and Event Grid/Event Hub.
• Track platform health, availability, and performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Identify, log, and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with defined SLAs using established runbooks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, escalate complex issues, and support post-incident reviews.
• Assist in managing Azure resources, including resource groups, RBAC assignments, and networking components.

Required Skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based environments.
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services such as Azure Service Bus and Azure API Management.
• Understanding of monitoring tools including Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Familiarity with operational support processes, including incident management and service request handling.
• Basic knowledge of Azure resource management, including RBAC and resource groups.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and follow defined escalation procedures.
• Strong documentation and communication skills to maintain operational runbooks and procedures.
• Ability to work in a shift-based operational environment.
