Description

You will analyze technical needs and document project requirements to support the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software projects alongside senior team members.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and project scope of work documents.
• Support stakeholder interviews to extract clear and concise requirements.
• Create visual representations of requirements using flow charts, UML diagrams, and wireframes.
• Contribute to testing and validating solutions against defined requirements.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in a business analysis role or software development projects.
• Proficiency in creating flow charts and UML diagrams.
• Experience with wireframing software.
• Ability to analyze technical needs and develop project plans.
• Basic knowledge of software engineering techniques and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred Skills

• ECBA certification.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
