You will support operational workflows and requirements development in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Run Agile sessions to facilitate team workflows and delivery.
• Develop detailed business and technical requirements.
• Analyze operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an operational or consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with Web-services, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Operations, Management Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Six Sigma and/or Scrum certification.

Preferred Skills

• Coding or testing experience.
• Experience using browser developer tools such as Chrome Developer Tools or Firebug.
