You will support business programs by mining data to generate reports and dashboards. You will pull reports manually to support various business initiatives and analyze data to provide insights regarding people impact. You will identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement while managing multiple processes and competing priorities to meet deadlines.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in reporting and analytical work.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data structures.
• Ability to query data for reporting purposes across different platforms.
• Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative team environments.
• Strong computer literacy and general technical proficiency.
• Post-secondary education in business, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience.
