You will support business programs by mining data to generate reports, dashboards, and insights on people impact. This role involves manual report extraction, process improvement identification, and managing competing priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Mine data to create actionable reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to provide insights regarding people impact.

• Pull reports together manually to support various business initiatives.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in reporting and analytical work.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data structures.
• Ability to query data for reporting purposes across different platforms.
• Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative team environments.
• Strong computer literacy and general technical proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Post-secondary education in business, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience.
