You will automate cloud operations and optimize system efficiencies across a diverse product portfolio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert standard operating procedures into automated routines.
• Develop automation runbooks for core systems management and SaaS platforms.
• Optimize daily efficiencies of cloud management and systems.
• Provide level 3 support through ticketing systems.
• Participate in on-call pager rotations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Microsoft and Linux platform management at scale (100+ servers).
• 2+ years of production use of tier 1 public cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• 2+ years of production automation using configuration management tools in Windows and Linux.
• 2+ years of production networking experience at scale.
• 2+ years of production use of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
• 2+ years of level 3 support experience using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• 1 year of Python, SQL, Terraform, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
• 1 year of production use of containerization engines like Mesos, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• 1 year of production management of CI/CD solutions such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile environment and global organizations.
• Experience managing schema changes as code.
