Description

Maintain existing CRM tools and implement new systems to support organizational needs.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop CRM applications including Slate, Raiser's Edge, EAB Navigate, and Salesforce.
• Install, maintain, and support software applications across third-party vendor solutions, cloud-hosted apps, and in-house tools.
• Identify requirements and prepare detailed software specifications by working with campus stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and service outages in a timely manner.
• Document software applications, process workflows, user interfaces, and job control procedures.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience working with CRM applications and tools.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Proficiency with at least one programming language.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Slate, Raiser's Edge, EAB Navigate, or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline like Computer Science.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Slate and Salesforce.
• Experience managing system integrations.
