Description
You will support the UX Research Operations Insights team by integrating business data into research decision-making and long-term investments.
Responsibilities
- Connect global data and strategies to functional data to create team-specific analytics and reporting.
- Translate Research Operations goals into reliable metrics and identify KPIs for program leaders.
- Act as an internal consultant by scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to managers.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build dashboards and automated reporting using SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce Tableau CRM to enable client self-service.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of data analytics experience (or 3+ years with a Master's degree).
- Advanced experience in SQL or other programming languages.
- Advanced experience building dashboards in Tableau following data visualization best practices.
- Intermediate experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) including managing recipes and building data sets.
- Strong project management skills, including creating project plans and business requirement documents.
- Proven ability to gather and interpret data to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in quantitative analysis and presenting actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage relationships across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced experience in Salesforce Tableau CRM.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics and statistical significance.
- Experience working within a product operations or support function in a large company.
