You will provide technical data analysis and operational insights to improve digital service performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep customer analytics and operational insights.
• Source and quality check various data sources.
• Automate the creation of analytical outputs.
• Communicate data results and ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years proven exposure to data analysis or entry-level experience in a data analyst role.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using Google App Script.
• Ability to manage and verify data quality from different sources.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings.
• Knowledge of digital analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of cloud analytics technologies.
