Build data automation, reporting, and analytics solutions connecting enterprise systems like Databricks, Jira, and ServiceNow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Pull, clean, and organize data from Databricks, Jira, ServiceNow, and related business systems for reporting and dashboards.
• Build and maintain dashboards using tools similar to Tableau and PowerBI, leveraging AI-assisted coding (Claude Code, Cursor).
• Develop automated data refreshes, scheduled reports, and repeatable workflows to reduce manual data collection.
• Create data pipelines, queries, and scripts to extract, transform, and load data from APIs, databases, and enterprise tools.
• Document data sources, field definitions, dashboard logic, and automation steps to ensure maintainability.

Required Skills

• BS, MS, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with data, reporting, automation, or enterprise systems (internships/projects count).
• Strong familiarity with data engineering, visualization, and analytics dashboard creation.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query, and scheduled refreshes.
• Proficiency in Databricks, SQL, notebooks, or lakehouse-style data environments.
• Ability to pull data from Jira and ServiceNow via APIs, exports, connectors, or reporting tables.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks SQL, Delta tables, Unity Catalog, jobs, or workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
