Description

You will manage data operations, troubleshoot production incidents, and maintain system stability for data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and triage data-related production incidents, performing root cause analysis and break-fix activities.
• Execute and validate routine data loads, inputs, and batch processing tasks to ensure system stability.
• Run queries in restricted environments and support offshore teams with data operations and scripting.
• Maintain documentation including runbooks and knowledge articles, and assist with compliance, audit support, and security remediation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data operations, or ETL support roles.
• Strong SQL skills for writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
• Basic proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and operational tasks.
• Understanding of data pipelines, batch processing concepts, and ETL workflows.
• Experience handling production support tasks, incident management, and structured operational environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow established processes.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools, data pipeline management, and ITSM ticketing systems.
