Description

You will support database and server environments while managing client-side technical issues and system security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot client and server issues involving Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
• Manage migrations, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.
• Execute data archiving and manage Enterprise Vault tasks.
• Provide Tier 1/2 help support for messaging, email, and desktop applications.
• Maintain system security using BitLocker and Role Based Access Control.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of company-based IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Windows Server, Office 365, and PowerShell.
• Proficiency in Office Apps, Outlook, Skype for Business, and messaging protocols.
• Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting PST files and email messaging.
• Understanding of user authentication, SSL, TLS, and certificates.
• Experience with IMAP and POP protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Administration of M365, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, Purview, and Autopilot.
• Knowledge of IIS, ADFS, Single Sign-on, and Multi-factor Authentication.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
