Provide technical desktop support for users in Krakow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows-based desktop environments and hardware.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and related software issues.
• Deliver direct technical support to end-users.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing Active Directory.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office.
• Degree from any graduate program.
