Description

You will provide onsite technical support for desktop users in Dijon.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within the local environment.
• Maintain desktop systems and standard office software.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing Active Directory.
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Mandatory fluency in the French language.
• Ability to work onsite in Dijon.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
