• Provide onsite desk-side and walk-up support for internal employees
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop issues independently
• Support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Perform desktop and laptop setup, imaging, and user onboarding
• Assist with Active Directory tasks such as user accounts, password resets, and group membership
• Support printers, scanners, VPN connectivity, and wireless networks
• Document incidents and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system
• Escalate issues appropriately while learning to resolve them end-to-end
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with business and executive users
• 2–4 years of experience in desktop or IT support roles
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 environments
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Active Directory
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and basic networking concepts
• Experience supporting Office 365 in a corpon/a environment
• Comfortable working 100% onsite with frequent in-person user interaction
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Exposure to imaging, patch management, or software deployment tools
• Experience supporting users in corpon/a office environments
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft fundamentals
