Description

You provide onsite desk-side support for internal employees in Memphis, TN. You troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop issues independently and support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform desktop and laptop setup, imaging, and user onboarding.
• Support printers, scanners, VPN connectivity, and wireless networks.
• Assist with Active Directory tasks such as user accounts, password resets, and group membership.
• Document incidents and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system.
• Escalate issues appropriately while learning to resolve them end-to-end.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 environments.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Active Directory.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience supporting Office 365 in a corporate environment.
• Experience with software deployment tools.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to imaging, patch management, or software deployment tools.
• Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft fundamentals.
