You provide technical support for DevOps operations and monitoring systems in Charlotte, NC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and system performance using observability tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot logs to identify system errors.
• Support development teams with .NET and Java environment issues.
• Assist in maintaining operational stability across the infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical support or operations role.
• Experience with Splunk for log analysis.
• Experience with DataDog for monitoring.
• Experience with Kibana for data visualization.
• Familiarity with .NET environments.
• Familiarity with Java environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, 5 days a week.
