Description

You will design, build, and maintain test fixtures and automated test equipment for PCBs and electro-mechanical assemblies. You will develop test systems to automate engineering laboratory product testing and create automated test scripts throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans to ensure quality and present detailed test reports to the development team.
• Analyze test results to provide actionable recommendations for product improvements.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and improve test fixtures to maintain operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain test systems to streamline engineering laboratory product testing.

Required Skills

• Experience with PCBAs, electro-mechanical, and electronic assemblies.
• Proficiency in developing and executing Test Plans, Cases, and Scripts.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical diagrams.
• Foundational knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience utilizing LabVIEW, Python, or Java.
• Spanish language proficiency.
