Description

You will configure ERP systems, analyze business processes, and manage data migrations to support functional implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interface with business users to document current and future-state workflows within the ERP ecosystem.
• Execute functional setups and configurations within ERP modules based on validated business requirements.
• Identify discrepancies between standard ERP functionality and business needs, recommending solutions that prioritize standard features.
• Create and perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing to validate system behavior.
• Maintain essential project artifacts, including functional design specifications and configuration workbooks.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in ERP functional consulting, support, or implementation.
• Advanced SQL skills including joins, subqueries, and analytical functions.
• Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting Stored Procedures.
• Proven functional understanding of core business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with ERP Systems, System Configuration, and Gap Analysis.
• Familiarity with Data Migration and Business Process Analysis.
• Fundamental understanding of cloud computing concepts and database management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or OCI cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and SaaS/PaaS architecture.
